Hawaii Girl and Blog Candy

Good Afternoon Everyone!! Hope your day is going good. Mine has been fun so far, got a nice ticket from the very friendly CHP officer..LOL! O well :)..
Today's card features a image from Pink Cat Studios, Lily at the beach. Well I will say my family LOVED this card, I impressed them how about that..LOL! I have the 6x6 Travel stack from DCWV, well when I saw this paper I had an idea, then a layout formed in my head. I cut the top part of the DP and on the bottom I laid down some red tape and added some sand I had from our vacation in Hawaii a few years ago. (so yes real sand is on this card) Wha La! presto I had a 3D and a technique effect with no fuss :) I colored Lily cut her out and pop dotted her onto the sand. I also added seashell buttons to finish it off....What do you think????? Like It???? well leave a comment on this card and you will be entered to win a $25.00 Starbucks gift card! I will draw a name Saturday Morning.. Here's more of a close up picture..
Thank you for stopping by!! Good luck and stay tuned for some more High Hopes tomorrow..
Thank you! Come again!
Mandy
